As a psychiatrist, I am trained to think with you about your concerns from both a psychological/mind and biological/body perspective.   I use an integrative approach to my clients' concerns in order to construct a whole-body plan to help you become your healthiest, most fulfilled self. 

I believe that emotional health is impossible without attention to fundamental self-care. If you are unfamiliar with the concept of self-care, please read over this PDF--Self-Care: The Basics--and consider implementing any principles that you are not currently practicing, as these are likely to be among my first suggestions in your treatment.  If you are already practicing good self-care and are still struggling with difficult emotions,  you have come to the right place; we can move quickly on to the next steps.
